CFC Furniture Company, Acquires Gardena, CA Expansion Facility for $5.4 Million, Commercial Property Group Reports.
Gardena, CA – CFC, Inc., a leading furniture designer and manufacturer, has acquired a 57,000 square foot inudstrial facility in Gardena, CA for expansion of its area manufacturing headquarters, announces Commercial Property Group.
CFC initiated tenant improvements to its new facility, located at 13920 S. Figueroa. The property, complements CFC’s existing manufacturing other 3 facilities, which the company retains in Gardena.
Gary Blau, a partner in Commercial Property Group, represented CFC in its acquisition. Sale consideration was $5.7 million.
The new CFC manufacturing headquarters is a brick block structure located on 2.6 acres of land. Key features include 10,000 square feet of office space, nine ground level loading doors, 18-feet minimum clear height, and 100 parking spaces.
CFC started in 1999, and quickly grew from a one-man show to be one of Southern California’s finest custom furniture manufacturers, catering to some of the country’s most exclusive stores and designers.
